Enrollment Requirement and Agreement

  1. Christ Lutheran Nursery School provides all services, rights, privileges, programs and activities to children and their families of any race, religion, cultural heritage, political beliefs, marital status or disability.
  2. Pupils enrolling in the three year old class should be two years and nine months on or before August 31st of that year.
  3. Pupils enrolling in the four year old class should be four years of age on or before December 31st of that year.
  4. Tuition payments are due on the first day of each month. No refunds can be made for a child's absence.
  5. A health form must be filled out and turned in on or before the first day of school.
  6. The registration fee of $35.00 ($30.00 for a sibling registering at the same time) must accompany this agreement; this fee is non-refundable.
  7. Parents must arrange for transportation of the child to and from school.
  8. The school provides careful and qualified supervision at all times. In case of an emergency, we honor preferences of parents in regard to doctors and hospitals.
  9. The school is granted permission to include in evaluations pictures connected with the school program.
  10. Parents are to see that the child is brought into the school building at 9:00am for the morning classes, (12:30 for the afternoon classes), and picked up at 11:30am (3:00pm for the afternoon classes). Children can be dismissed only to parents, or to other persons specifically designated in writing by the parents. Changes with such designations must be made in writing.
  11. Parents agree to give at least a two-week notice of withdrawal of the child from the school and to be responsible for the tuition through this period.
